Incorrect Email/Username or Password – Try Again

Common issues:

  • Could you have registered with a different email address?

  • Our passwords are case sensitive. ‘PASSWORD’ is different to ‘password’.

  • Teachers only: You’ve not yet activated your account. If a colleague has invited you to join, you will have received an activation email from us. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your junk folder. Your colleague can also resend the invite.

  • Parents only: If you are using a username, not an email address to log in, we cannot reset your password. You will need to ask the class teacher for a reminder.

  • After clicking ‘forgot password’, if you don’t receive an email, you may no longer be registered with us. Sign up as a parent or as a teacher.
