Refund Policy

Parents/Home Subscription

You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund of the most recent payment taken, within 7 days of the transaction date.

School Subscription

Schools can apply for a refund within 14 days of invoicing for either the Phonics Lessons or Child Accounts.

Worksheets

All sales of worksheets are final. As these are digital files, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase has been made. Please ensure that you review your purchase before completing the transaction.

Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your Phonics Hero subscription and receive your refund please email info@phonicshero.com and tell us:

  • Your name
  • School name (if applicable)
  • The email address you registered the payment with
  • Your payment method
  • Your reason for cancelling

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
