You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund of the most recent payment taken, within 7 days of the transaction date.
If you purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play: Cancellations and refunds must be managed directly through your Apple or Google account. We are unable to process these refunds ourselves.

Schools can apply for a refund within 14 days of invoicing for either the Phonics Lessons or Child Accounts.
All sales of worksheets are final. As these are digital files, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase has been made. Please ensure that you review your purchase before completing the transaction.
If you purchased a Homeschool Package, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note this will be a partial refund: the package includes a Worksheet Pack that is a non-returnable digital download. Your refund will therefore be the amount you paid minus the value of the Worksheet Pack. To receive your partial refund, please follow the cancellation procedure below.
