My Accounts Have Expired

Phonics Hero accounts run for 6 or 12 months. If yours have expired, your school’s subscription has likely lapsed. Here are three ways to get back up and running:
- If you’re able to purchase on behalf of your school, you can renew from within your account — see our renewal steps article.
- Ask your school’s admin to renew or add more accounts. To find out who your admin is, log in and go to Manage Accounts.
- Email info@phonicshero.com and your account manager will get you back up and running.
