My Accounts Have Expired

Phonics Hero accounts run for 6 or 12 months. If yours have expired, your school’s subscription has likely lapsed. Here are three ways to get back up and running:

  1. If you’re able to purchase on behalf of your school, you can renew from within your account — see our renewal steps article.
  2. Ask your school’s admin to renew or add more accounts. To find out who your admin is, log in and go to Manage Accounts.
  3. Email info@phonicshero.com and your account manager will get you back up and running.
