I’ve forgotten my username

Your username is usually your email address – try this first. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure to try all of them.

If none of these work, please find your payment receipt from us and email it to info@phonicshero.com along with your full name. We’ll get you back in as quickly as possible.

If you received the account from your child’s school, you will need to contact them for your login details – we cannot share these for privacy and security reasons.


It says my email is already in use

This usually means you already have an account with us, or had one previously that you may have forgotten about.

To recover your login details, press the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you can’t see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.

If this doesn’t work, or you don’t recognise the account, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.


I’ve forgotten my password

If you log in with an email address, we can send you a password reset email. If you log in with a username from a school or tuition centre, you will need to contact them to reset your password.

  1. Press ‘Forgot Password’ just above the blue ‘Log in’ button.

  2. Enter your email address and press submit – you will receive a password recovery email shortly.

Top tip: If you can’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.

Teachers: If you’re unable to request a password recovery link, check your email for an invitation to Phonics Hero – it’s possible you never originally accepted it. Contact your school’s Phonics Hero admin for a new invitation if needed.


My account is locked

If there are too many unsuccessful login attempts, Phonics Hero will temporarily lock your account for security.

To unlock it, email us at info@phonicshero.com from the email address associated with your account and we’ll get it released for you.
