The Game Buttons Aren’t Working
You are clicking the buttons in the games and they are unresponsive.
Three solutions:
- If you’re playing on a computer, you’ll need the Chrome internet browser to use our website. If you’re using an iPad or Android tablet, you’ll need to download the app (Phonics Hero won’t work on a tablet’s internet browser).

Your computer has a memory of the sites it’s visited in the past – its cache.
You will need to clear it since the ‘beginning of time’. Either follow these steps or follow the steps in the video:
- Restart your router. Sometimes information gets clogged in your router too (who would have thought?!).
