The Game Buttons Aren’t Working
If buttons in the games aren’t responding, try the following:
- If you’re playing on a computer, make sure you’re using the Chrome internet browser. If you’re on a tablet, you’ll need to download the app — Phonics Hero does not work on a tablet’s internet browser.
- Clear your browser cache — make sure you select ‘All time’ when choosing the time range. Follow the steps in this article or watch the video below:
- Restart your router — sometimes restarting your router can also help clear connection issues.
