The App is Frozen
“My app has frozen and I am unable to click anything.”
Update the App:
Firstly, ensure you have updated our app. If you are using the current app and it has still frozen, you will need to Force Quit the app:
iPad:
- Double click the home button
- Swipe up to close the Phonics Hero app
Android tablet:
- Open the Settings app
- Choose ‘Apps’
- Touch the ‘Runnings’ tab to view ‘Active Apps’
- Touch the ‘Stop’ or ‘Force Stop’ button
…and then try again.
