Your username is usually your email address — try this first. If you have multiple email addresses, make sure to try all of them.

If none of these work, please find your payment receipt from us and email it to info@phonicshero.com along with your full name. We’ll get you back in as quickly as possible.

If you received the account from your child’s school, you will need to contact them for your login details — we cannot share these for privacy and security reasons.
