Teacher Usage Reports
The Teacher Usage Report gives admins an overview of how actively each teacher is using Phonics Hero.

Understanding Your Report
Firstly, choose your desired date range — lifetime, last 7 days, last month, or a custom date range. Dates are shown in dd/mm/yyyy format.
The report will load for all teachers in the school (if you are admin).
The report displays the following:
- Last login: the date the teacher last logged into Phonics Hero — this could be to play games with students, access student accounts, or launch Phonics Lessons.
- Logins: the total number of times the teacher has logged into the platform.
- Whole-class games played: how many Learning Library games have been played with the class.
The report also includes the following columns specifically for Phonics Lessons usage:
- Last session: the last time Phonics Lessons were used.
- Sessions: the total number of times Phonics Lessons have been used.
- Time using: the cumulative time Phonics Lessons have been used for.
Downloading Your Report
In the top right-hand corner, click the blue ‘Excel’ or ‘PDF’ button.
Your usage report will now download to your device.
