Change the Class of Multiple Students
If you need to move several students into a different class (perhaps they’ve changed ability groups or they’ve gone up a year group) then follow these steps:
Log in > Manage Accounts > Classes & Students
How to:

In the Classes & Students section, click on the class name which has the students you want to move.
Clicking the class name displays a list of the children currently within that class. - Select the students you want to make changes to by clicking on the tick boxes next to their username.
- Once you have selected all the necessary students, click the blue ‘Change Class’ button at the top and choose their new class.
- A green message will appear in the top right corner of the screen to show you the accounts have been successfully updated.
