Change the Class of Multiple Students
If you need to move several students into a different class (perhaps they’ve changed ability groups or moved up a year group) then follow these steps:

Where to find this: Log in › Manage Accounts › Classes & Students
- Click on the class name that contains the students you want to move. It will display a list of the children currently within that class.
- Select the students you want to move by clicking the checkboxes next to their usernames.
- Once you have selected all the necessary students, click the blue Change Class button at the top and choose their new class.
- A green message will appear in the top right corner of the screen to confirm the accounts have been successfully updated.
