Transfer My Child’s School Account to a Home Account
We can’t transfer the ownership of a school account to a parent. However, we can update a new account to align with their school one, so your child can continue from the level they previously reached. Here’s what to do:
- Set up a new parent account
- Email us at info@phonicshero.com with the child’s name, their current school account username, and the email address of your new parent account.
We’ll then adjust the level on the new account to align with the old, and also add some extra star points so they can refill their secret hideout!
