How Do I Purchase a Subscription?
You can buy a Phonics Hero subscription on our website, where plans run for six months, or in the app through the App Store or Google Play, where plans are monthly. You can cancel at any time.

Via the website
- Next to your child’s name, press the green Buy Now button, or click Buy Now in the left-hand menu.
- On the Purchase page, use the drop-down menus to select your child and your currency, then press the blue Add button.
- Press the green Pay Now button.
- In the window that appears, enter your card details and press Pay Now. A confirmation message appears when your payment is successful.
Your child can carry on playing straight away. To buy a subscription for another child, repeat the steps above.

Via the App Store
Monthly subscriptions are available in the app. Open the Phonics Hero app, go to your account and follow the prompts to subscribe. If you don’t have the app yet, download it from the App Store.
App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple, not our website. To cancel, follow the steps to cancel through the App Store.
Via Google Play
