The next level is locked because your child’s teacher has put in place Level Pacing; Phonics Hero levels unlock on a schedule that matches what’s being taught in class, so your child stays in step with their classmates. They will see an image like this when they reach that point:
Your child can still play and replay all their previously played games, and they’ll keep earning star points while they do.
