Cancel My Subscription

You will need to cancel your subscription in the place you originally started your subscription, via: our website, Apple’s App Store or Android’s Play Store. Note: simply uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

Via the Website:

Log in > Manage Account

  1. Log in to your Phonics Hero account using a computer.
  2. Click on ‘Manage Account’ in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ next to each child you wish to cancel.
    Please Note: This cannot be done through the Phonics Hero app.

You can cancel your automatic payment at any time in the 6 month period. You will still have access to your Phonics Hero account for the remainder of your subscription, it just means that after the 6 months your account will expire. You can always re-subscribe!

Android

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap ‘Menu’ > ‘Subscriptions’.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’.

IOS (Apple)

  1. On your iPad, open ‘Settings’.
  2. Access your Apple/iCloud account by selecting your profile at the top of the page.
  3. Select ‘Subscriptions’.
  4. Under ‘Active’, select the subscription you would like to cancel.
  5. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’ at the bottom of the page.
