Cancel My Subscription
You will need to cancel your subscription in the same place you originally signed up — via our website, the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please note: simply uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

Where to find this: Log in › Manage Account. Note: this cannot be done through the Phonics Hero app.
Click Cancel Subscription next to each child you wish to cancel.
You can cancel at any time. You will still have access to your account for the remainder of your subscription — your account will simply expire at the end of the 6 months. You can always re-subscribe!

Android
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions › Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
iOS (Apple)
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you would like to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find this button.
