Cancel My Subscription
You will need to cancel your subscription in the place you originally started your subscription, via: our website, Apple’s App Store or Android’s Play Store. Note: simply uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
Via the Website:
Log in > Manage Account
- Log in to your Phonics Hero account using a computer.
- Click on ‘Manage Account’ in the left-hand menu.

Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ next to
each child you wish
to cancel.
Please Note: This cannot be done through the Phonics Hero app.
You can cancel your automatic payment at any time in the 6 month period. You will still have access to your Phonics Hero account for the remainder of your subscription, it just means that after the 6 months your account will expire. You can always re-subscribe!

Android
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Check to make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap ‘Menu’ > ‘Subscriptions’.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’.
IOS (Apple)
- On your iPad, open ‘Settings’.
- Access your Apple/iCloud account by selecting your profile at the top of the page.
- Select ‘Subscriptions’.
- Under ‘Active’, select the subscription you would like to cancel.
- Select ‘Cancel Subscription’ at the bottom of the page.
