Adding More Children to Your Account
Each child needs their own account, so that they can progress at their own rate and so that you can track their individual progress through the reports. Adding children to your account can only be done through our website, not in the app.
To add an additional child to your account:
- Log in.
- Click the green ‘Add Child’ button.
- In the pop-up window that appears, specify the number of children and enter their names or nicknames.
- Click the green ‘Save’ button. These additional children can now play through the website or the app.

Paying for the additional children
You do have to pay per child, but we offer sibling discounts; the first child pays full price, then each subsequent child is 50% off! To get this discount, set up all your children within the account first. Pay for the first child and then send us an email on info@phonicshero.com and we’ll help you get the discount added for the remaining children. Please note: this offer is only available for accounts that have been purchased via our website, rather than through Apple or Android.
