Most often, your username is your email address, so try this first (if you have multiple email accounts be sure to try all of them).
If these do not work, please find your payment receipt from us and email it to the team along with your full name at info@phonicshero.com. We will then get you sorted.
If you received the account from your child’s school, you will need to contact them for a reminder of the login details as we can not share these due to privacy and security reasons.
