Why Are the Games Frozen on iPad?
The games will not work through the browser (e.g. Safari or Chrome) on an iPad or tablet. To play Phonics Hero on an iPad, you must download the app from the App Store.
If you aren’t able to download the app for any reason, you can play the Phonics Hero games by logging in on a computer (the Google Chrome browser works best for Phonics Hero).
The Phonics Hero app is also available for Android tablets. If you have downloaded the app and it’s frozen, here’s how to fix it.
